We are dedicated to directly implementing large-scale reforestation projects through the hard work and dedication of our tree planters and reforestation staff. Our team is at the heart of our mission, working tirelessly on the ground to restore forests, enhance biodiversity, and conduct large-scale tree planting operations. Our approach is grounded in action. From replanting wildfire-affected areas to reclaiming logged and degraded lands, we bring professional, scalable solutions. Meet our founder

Matt McKernan

Starting his career as a tree planter at just 19, Matt immersed himself in the field, gaining first-hand experience in the challenges and rewards of large-scale reforestation. Over the past 17 years, Matt has not only planted hundreds of thousands of trees, but also taken on a leadership role, training and mentoring thousands of dedicated individuals who have worked in his operations. Managing the planting of over 200 million trees has given Matt an unparalleled understanding of the intricate logistics, environmental considerations, and human effort required to successfully restore ecosystems on a grand scale.

Driven by a desire to create meaningful environmental impact, Matt established Integrity Reforestation in November 2022. This company is the culmination of years of field expertise and a vision to contribute to sustainable, large-scale reforestation efforts. Integrity Reforestation is more than just a tree planting company - we are a partner to governments, corporations, and landowners looking for tangible solutions to address deforestation, restore biodiversity, and reforest wildfire affected areas.
