On Day 1, planters receive planter orientation training

Our employees work in the bush. We provide them with training on what to do if they encounter various wildlife

Training
Management does an in-the-field ATV training course before our season starts

JHSC functions
Management is trained on JHSC functions
Propane Handling
All kitchen staff and management staff is trained on propane handling
Transportation of Dangerous Goods
Any drive in our company that may be tasked with transporting dangerous goods is trained and receives a TDG certificate
MOL Worker Awareness Training
As required by the province, all workers in our company complete this training before work starts
Supervisor Awareness Training
Our supervisors are trained on all supervisor regulatory requirements
Camp Evacuation Procedures
We make sure we are prepared for emergency situations. As such, our staff is trained on safely evacuating camp in case we need to.
