Throughout my career, I have built my success by scaling large-scale reforestation operations, connecting with intelligent, hardworking individuals, and leveraging the power of strong relationships and strategic partnerships. At my previous company, I played a pivotal role in expanding operations—from an annual planting volume of 500,000 trees when I joined to 35 million by the time I departed. Over 18 years in the industry, I have overseen the planting of more than 200 million trees, gaining deep expertise in optimizing large-scale forestry logistics, navigating environmental complexities, and leading high-performance teams.
In November 2022, I launched Integrity Reforestation Inc., a company built on decades of industry leadership and a vision for scalable, sustainable reforestation. Integrity Reforestation is not just a tree planting firm; we are leaders in executing high-impact reforestation projects that provide real solutions for forest managers, through reforestation in wildfire affected areas, sustainable forestry, biodiversity restoration, and climate change mitigation. Our expertise lies in designing and implementing reforestation strategies that maximize ecological resilience while integrating seamlessly with land management objectives.
We just finished planting 6.4 million trees, bring our total as a company to over 15 million trees planted in the past 2.5 years. Gearing up now to plant around 5 million trees in 2026.
